How to Join

Completion of a straightforward application form starts the simple process of joining Verulam.

If you already know a member, or two, of Verulam they can propose and second your application. However if you do not know anyone do not worry as this will not be a problem.

If you are already, or have recently been, a member of another club just let us have a copy of your handicap certificate with the form. If you do not have an official club handicap you will be requested to play a few holes with an existing member just to assess what your handicap should be (you do not have to beat who you play with!).

A meeting with the General Manager and Club Vice Captain / Ladies Captain and Ladies Vice Captain will take place at a convenient time for you. This is a friendly chat at which you can ask any questions and we can give you more details of what the Club offers.

So, it’s a very easy route to start enjoying golf at one of Hertfordshire’s premier courses: Verulam, home of the Ryder Cup.
