Reciprocal Green Fees

Verulam has a Reciprocal Green Fee Arrangement with the following clubs:
Bedford & County; Brickendon Grange; Brookmans Park; East Herts; Harpenden; Knebworth; Letchworth; Mid Herts; Old Fold Manor; & Welwyn Garden City.
Agreement has been reached with all these Golf Clubs to offer Verulam members reciprocal green fees at a rate of £20, being the member’s guest rate, instead of the visitor’s rate. This is subject to certain criteria as explained below.

1 Members seeking to use the arrangement must:
a) Contact the Club Office in the first instance giving at least 48 hours notice, indicating the Course to be visited, number of players, and their names, and the preferred tee time. The Office will contact the other club to ascertain if the Course to be visited is available and, where appropriate, obtain a tee time. Members must not contact the other club directly or turn up unannounced.
b) On arrival the players must report to the Pro Shop to pay their fees.

2 The arrangement applies mid-week only, but not on Bank Holidays.

3 Subject to 1b above, play is acceptable in 2, 3 or 4 balls with a maximum of two games at any one time.

This arrangement is a facility only for members of the eleven participating Clubs and no attempt should be made to introduce non members.  Misuse could result in discontinuance. Members are asked to familiarise themselves with the dress code and other rules applicable at the Club to be visited.
