Junior Golf this Winter
Juniors are able to play any time after 11am on weekends and bank holidays between October and March.
There are no Junior competitions over the winter however Juniors with appropriate handicaps are able to play in Men’s, Ladies, Club and Mixed competitions all year round. Cards must be signed by an adult member who is not related to the Junior.
- Boys with handicaps of 28 or less can also enter Men’s competitions (maximum handicap allowance 21).
- Girls with handicaps of 36 or less can also enter Ladies competitions.
- Juniors with above handicaps can also enter all Club and Mixed competitions.
Cameron Taylor wins at HGU Boys Intermediate Championship
Cameron Taylor continued his excellent recent run of form at the Herts Golf Union Boys Intermediate Championship on Thursday 29th October.
On a day of exceptionally low scoring Cameron’s nett 62 (7 under par) won the Under 14s handicap prize at Mid-Herts Golf Club.
