You want everyone to have a great day’s golf and to enjoy a high level of service with first-class food and drink in the clubhouse. The aim of everyone at Verulam is to help you achieve those objectives:
- Choose from our comprehensive range of great-value packages that cater for the smallest number to groups of 100 or more
- When liaising with our office team, you will receive help & advice on the most appropriate package for you, the format of your golf day and assistance with Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and Nearest the Line options
- Come the day itself, upon arrival you will be welcomed into our clubhouse and served with freshly-brewed coffee
- For a little practice before your round, we offer a newly landscaped practice ground, plus practice bunker, chipping and putting areas
- Step onto the first tee and start to enjoy our golf course, designed by James Braid in 1905. This is The Home of the Ryder Cup and you can tread the same fairways as Sam Ryder and his professional, Abe Mitchell
- Our course has the best drainage in Hertfordshire. So, course closure or muddy conditions are rare exceptions
- Test your driving skills on the 3rd hole , Sopwell View (can you drive the green?); the 14th, Swannery (can you miss the lake?); and the 15th, Chasm (can you hit over the gorge?)
- Test your iron play at the signature 17th (The Road Hole) – can you judge the distance and the wind to land safely on the green?
- End your round at the long 18th (Ryder’s Finish) which will need three good straight hits and two careful putts to secure a good par 5
- Head into the locker room where you will enjoy a refreshing shower in our newly refurbished shower room (we provide complementary towels)
- In our comfortable lounge bar or on our new terrace, our Bar Manager and his team will be on hand to serve you from our well-stocked bar
- Move into The Ryder Room to enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared by our chef, under the watchful gaze of Sam Ryder from his famous life-size portrait
- At the end of your day, we are confident all will leave with fond memories of Verulam Golf Club, having enjoyed a great day’s golf and first class hospitality at The Home of the Ryder Cup

Package A - £84.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 27/36 holes, Lunch & 3-Course Dinner
Package B - £72.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 27/36 holes, 1-course meal
Package C – £60.00 - includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 18 holes and 3-Course Meal
Package D – £54.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 18 holes, 2-Course Meal
Package E – £52.00 – includes: COA, Bacon Rolls, 18 holes, 1-Course Meal
Package F – £41.00 – includes: COA, Bacon Rolls, 18 holes
Winter Packages (1st November to 31st March):
Package A – £34.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 18 holes and 2-course meal
Package B - £30.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls, 18 holes and , 1-course meal
Package C – £22.00 – includes: COA, Bacon rolls and 18 holes
- Prices quoted are per person including VAT
- Coffee and Tea is served upon arrival and with all meals
- Full English Breakfast is available if pre-ordered at £7.95 per head, minimum 12 covers
- Mixed Sandwiches are available if pre-ordered
- Vegetarian option available. Please ask Chef for choice.
