Junior Golf here at Verulam Golf Club gives children the opportunity to have fun and learn new skills. Our PGA Professional Coaches have built structured coaching programmes for all children whether they are just starting or committed to being the best they can be. Is your child:

The Samuel Ryder Junior Academy uses comprehensive, progressive, structured programmes designed to help young people learn about playing the game of golf. We encourage and motivate them through the achievement of attainment targets combined with rewards and the most important element, FUN!

Throughout the seasons there are a number of ways junior golfers can get enjoy the game.

Holiday Camps

Golf camps run during each school holiday. They are a great way for juniors of all levels to experience and understand many aspects of golf through fun competitions, games and quizes. Camps will be running over the Easter Holiday period on the following dates.

Week 1

⁃ Wednesday 3rd

⁃ Thursday 4th

⁃ Friday 5th

Week 2

⁃ Monday 8th

⁃ Tuesday 9th

⁃ Wednesday 10th

⁃ Thursday 11th

⁃ Friday 12th

Camps run 9am-12pm each day for those 12 and under and 1pm-4pm for those aged 13 and above. They are £40 per day for members and £45 per day for non-members.

Camps include games, quizzes, competitions, prizes, individual instruction, and on course play.

Individual Tuition

Individual and group lessons are available to all juniors. 60 minute lessons are £55 and 40 minute lessons are £45.

Tuition is headed by our Samuel Ryder Academy Director Grant Neal and PGA Professional Laurence Allen. All of our Professionals are DBS Certified and our Children & Safeguarding Policy is place to make sure your child is in a safe environment.
